VIBC Storyteller's Gala

Today we take you back in time to the event that started it all.  A non-profit fundraiser for an organization that gives the Lower Mainland a wealth of entertainment.

This fundraiser was held for an elite class of sponsors.   The color pallette was teal, purple, cream and gold.  The perfect colors for a modern Indian event.

The entrance was dressed with a teal tablecloth and a peacock focal piece with purple uplighting.

The Silent auction room boasted of a large metal vase surrounded by brass elephants in the centre with the silent auction items circling it.

The dining hall had cream and gold tablecloths, dark henna green wrap chair covers, gold candelabras with ostrich feathers, paisley print gobo lighting on the focal wall and purple uplighting throughout the room.

But the best part of the evening was the scrumptious food served by none other than the phenomenal Vikram Vij.
